We re-engineered the lateral system, designed new steel framing and foundations for the addition, and phased the work so the facility kept shipping throughout construction.

Outcome

Finished ahead of schedule. High Plains Logistics has since brought us onto three more projects.

We replaced aging rooftop units with a right-sized, zoned system, reworked the distribution, and added controls tuned for Wyoming’s temperature swings.

Outcome

Roughly 30% lower energy costs and steadier comfort for every tenant in the building.

We designed the distribution extension, sized storage and pressure, and managed every permit from the county through state review.

Extended dependable service to roughly 140 rural connections, permitted and built without a hitch.

We designed foundations for large-diameter steel bins, the conveyor support structures, and site grading for drainage and truck access.

Outcome

Storage for roughly 420,000 bushels, engineered for full-load wind and the site’s soil conditions.

Hydraulic analysis, structural design of the replacement crossing, and construction administration through completion, keeping the road open where we could.
