Mister Engineering

A clear process, start to finish

Engineering is only useful if it gets built. We run every project through the same four phases, so scope, budget, and schedule stay in plain view from the first call to closeout.

  1. 01

    Feasibility & Scoping

    About 1 to 2 weeks

We review the site, the code requirements, and what you are trying to accomplish, then put a clear scope and a fixed fee in writing before any design starts.

  2. 02

    Design & Engineering

    Typically 2 to 8 weeks

We run the analysis, size the systems, and produce coordinated drawings. You get a dedicated engineer who checks in at each milestone, not a black box.

  3. 03

    Permitting & Approvals

    Varies by jurisdiction

We stamp the construction documents, prepare the agency submittals, and answer review comments, so approvals move as quickly as the jurisdiction allows.

  4. 04

    Construction Administration

    Through construction

We stay on the project through the build, answering RFIs, reviewing submittals, and visiting the site so what gets built matches what we designed.

What stays true at every phase

One dedicated engineer

You work with the same engineer from scoping through closeout, not a rotating cast of account managers.

Stamped, code-ready work

Every construction set is checked and PE-stamped, ready for the permit desk and the field.

Plain answers

You get direct updates and the reasoning behind each decision, in language that makes sense.
